I’m Harv Nagra – a digital operations consultant based in London, UK.
I help design, marketing, media agencies and tech startups streamline their business operations so they can focus on the work that brings value to their own customers.
I work with my clients to remove obstacles to their efficiency by ensuring the right software tools are in place; by documenting best-practice processes and procedures; by establishing learning resources to support teams in their day-to-day work; and by supporting management with change management projects.
My expertise sits at the unique intersection of design, digital marketing, and project management and operational excellence. I’m passionate about solving problems for my clients by implementing user-centric systems and processes that reduce effort and increase accuracy.
With agency and client-side experience, as well as experience in client-delivery (I’ve served as agency Digital Director in a past life) and in-house (having served as Group Director of Operations for a pan-European creative consultancy), I’m able to see issues from a variety of perspectives, and design solutions that are not just fit-for-purpose, but which get results and buy-in.
Originally from Vancouver, Canada, I’m now a UK resident and have been living in London since 2012. Outside of my professional life, I’m passionate about social justice, diversity and inclusion, and environmental protection.
